Required Documentation

  • Loan amount, terms, and detailed property info (address, appraisal, rent, occupancy).
  • Borrower/guarantor details, including credit authorization and HMDA data.
  • Business Purpose Affidavit, Personal Guaranty, and OFAC check for entity owners (25%+).
  • Two appraisals for loans >$2M; pro rata loan allocation for appraisal requirements.
