Experienced Loan Officer looking for a platform that can support high volume and complex transactions. Must have proven experience with Non-QM lending, specifically DSCR products. Experience with Jumbo loans is a plus. This is a full-time, in-office position at our Plano, Texas branch. We provide 6-10 high-quality exclusive leads daily to help you scale your business quickly
Originate purchase and refinance transactions across our full 20+ program lineup. You bring the relationships - we bring the products, processing, and support to close them. NMLS license required.
Support one or more senior loan officers with pipeline management, borrower communication, application intake, and file prep. Great opportunity for someone looking to grow into an LO role.
Coordinate loan files from application through closing. Work closely with loan officers, underwriters, and borrowers to keep files moving. Experience with conventional, FHA, VA, and Non-QM preferred.
