Dennis Wynant served 10 years in the United States Marine Corps before starting his career in the mortgage industry. Now with almost 2 decades of Mortgage lending experience, Dennis has been involved and a key member in organizations ranging from start-ups to one of the largest consumer direct lenders in the nation.
Dennis is a driven professional with a proven track record of success. He began his mortgage career as a loan originator in Orange County CA. Fueled by his passion to share his knowledge and to provide excellent customer service, Dennis quickly rose to the top of his peer group. Dennis is an accomplished leader that focuses on bringing teams together to achieve common goals.
Dennis now resides just north of Dallas in Mckinney Texas. With his free time Dennis enjoys spending time with his fiancee Alejandra and her two daughters in addition to riding motorcycles working out and being an active member of his church.

Jared Ostrov is the Director of Mortgage Loan Origination at Flexpoint Mortgage, where he leads sales strategy, loan officer development, and consumer-direct lending initiatives. With a background spanning both mortgage banking and high-performance sales leadership, Jared focuses on building scalable origination platforms while maintaining a client-first lending experience.

Prior to joining Flexpoint, Jared held leadership roles in both the mortgage and automotive industries, including overseeing loan origination strategy during challenging rate environments and managing sales operations at some of the top automotive dealerships in the United States. His experience across multiple sales-driven industries has shaped his data-driven, process-oriented approach to lending and team leadership.

At Flexpoint, Jared works closely with loan officers and real estate partners to structure financing solutions across a wide range of products, including conventional, FHA, VA, and specialized non-QM programs for self-employed borrowers and real estate investors. He is particularly focused on improving lead conversion, developing modern origination systems, and helping borrowers navigate complex financing scenarios with clarity and efficiency.
