A Minneapolis, Minnesota native now based in Frisco, Texas, Jared Ostrov is the kind of leader who cuts through the noise, says what others won't, and delivers results that speak for themselves. Sharp, direct, and fiercely loyal to his people — he's not always the easiest person in the room, but he's always the one you want in your corner when it matters.

As Director of Sales, Jared runs the engine that turns leads into funded loans — and fixes everything that slows that engine down. He oversees and coaches loan officers in real time, manages lead flow and conversion, eliminates friction points across CRM systems, dialers, and processes, and constantly refines the workflows that drive consistent funded volume. He recruits and ramps new loan officers, holds his team to a high performance standard, and optimizes a full sales ecosystem where people, process, technology, and lead quality all have to work together. It's a big job — and Jared is built for it. What drives him most is watching loan officers level up, gain confidence, and start closing consistently because of the systems and support he's put in place. When the team is winning and the numbers reflect it, that's everything.

Here's something that catches people off guard — Jared is a licensed pilot. Most people know him for running a high-performance sales organization, but flying demands an entirely different skill set: precision, discipline, and constant situational awareness. It's that same mindset he brings to the sales floor every single day.

Outside of work, Jared stays physically sharp through years of dedicated strength training and Peloton rides, approaches fitness the same way he approaches everything else — purposefully and with an eye toward constant improvement. Whether it's flying, lifting, or anything else he's into, he's always working to level it up.

At home, he shares his world with Ares, a Dutch Shepherd — a dog whose name alone tells you everything about the energy in that household.

But at the end of the day, the role that defines Jared most isn't Director of Sales. It's father. He is intentional about showing up for his daughter not just in presence but in how he carries himself every single day — with consistency, discipline, and integrity. A lot of how he operates, holding a high standard and always following through, comes directly from wanting to set the right example for her. She is what keeps everything in perspective, no matter how demanding the work gets.
